Picture
We raise our registered Nigerian Dwarf goats as beloved pets as well as productive dairy animals. Our small herd is well-loved and cared for. Our girls (and boys) are friendly, happy, and healthy. They come from great milking lines including NC PromisedLand, Old Mountain Farm, and Sugar Moon. We are members of the American Dairy Goat Association. Our ADGA herd name is Sugar Maple, an homage to the beautiful maple trees on our property and the delicious syrup we produce! Our herd tested negative for CAE, CL, and Johne's in May 2020 and June 2018.

Does and doe kids are available for sale at $300 registered or with ADGA registration paperwork. Wether kids are available for sale at $100 without registration, or $150 for a pair. Bucks and buck kids are available at $200 registered or with ADGA registration paperwork.

P1 Doeling with horns

P1 was born May 23, 2022, out of Birch Ridge Farm VL Lyrica by Capsand Creamery G Mansfield - a single doeling. She is a beautiful buckskin with blue eyes and horns. We’ve been calling her Lola, but she isn’t yet registered, so you can choose her name! She’s a bit aloof but absolutely loves neck scratches. She's available for sale for $300 with ADGA registration form, or take both of our horned 2022 yearling does together for $500!

P3 Wether

P3 was born July 2, 2022, out of Birch Ridge Farm P Ash by Capsand Creamery G Mansfield - quads 3B/1D. He's a handsome chocolate brown with just a couple white hairs here and there, and he's polled. He's on the shy side and can usually be found next to his sister (P5). He's available for $100, or take all 3 2022 wethers for $200!

P4 Wether

P4 was born July 2, 2022, out of Birch Ridge Farm P Ash by Capsand Creamery G Mansfield - quads 3B/1D. The biggest of quads, he's buckskin with white and polled. He’s a mama’s boy - still nursing from Ash at almost a year old! He's available for $100, or take all 3 2022 wethers for just $200!

P6 Wether with horns

P6 was born August 9, 2022, out of Capsand Creamery Magnolia by Capsand Creamery G Mansfield. He's a handsome buckskin - sandy with black, with a white poll and horns. If you're looking for a super friendly goat - this is your guy! He's available for $100, or take all 3 2022 wethers for just $200!

Capsand Creamery G Mansfield (proven buck)

Born 3/18/21 to FeatherNScale Groot (Tiny Angels CK Two Faced x Old Mountain Farm Jubilee 3*M) out of Capsand Creamery Eve (Snowy Ledge Rocky Bal-Beau-A x Capsand Creamery Titanium). He's a flashy blue-eyed disbudded buck, and his breeder thought he had moonspots when he was younger - didn't pass any down this year though. Manny sired 6 kids this year while still a kid himself (4 bucks/2 does out of 3 does). He is friendly (was bottle-raised) and non-aggressive, but he likes to chase my young son and blubber at him! He’s available for $200 with his ADGA registration. Read more about him here.

R3 Buck (Sale pending NA)

R3 was born April 18, 2023, out of Capsand Creamery Magnolia by Honig Mount Moosilauke *B - twins 1B/1D. He is buckskin with white and is polled. He is currently under deposit.

Non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your goat. Goats will be available to go home at 8-12 weeks of age once they are weaned and eating hay and grain. Rarely we may have a bottle baby available to go sooner to experienced homes only, or an adult doe or buck. Goats are herd animals and must go in pairs (or greater) unless you have similarly aged goats at home already. Our kids are typically dam-raised with daily handling and socialization. Kids will be wethered if they are male (unless otherwise discussed), vaccinated with CDT, treated with coccidia prevention, dewormed, and tattooed. Goats being sold with ADGA registration will come with appropriate forms - registration and/or transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer transport - you must pick up your goats on the agreed-upon date at our farm. All goats will be healthy at the time they are sold, but no further guarantees can be made. All sales are final for biosecurity reasons.
